Happy Birthday!!!!

Well, as the title suggests, there is a birthday today and it's mine! Yes, I am wishing myself a happy birthday because why not. So far I've received so many messages from friends and family. It's nice to be remembered on your special day. It brings a smile to my face knowing that someone took the time to send me a quick HBD via Facebook, Instagram, texts, etc.

It's not a milestone birthday, I'm turning 43 years young today (as some would say). It's funny that I always feel the same as I do on New Year's Eve. I think about the last year and what I accomplished, what I didn't, what I'd like to do. Fortunately, the New Year and my birthday don't fall too far from each other, otherwise, I'd be in for an incredibly long retrospective on "my life and what the hell am I doing". I've been trying to keep up with the goals and intentions I set for myself but it's been a bit difficult as of late. Trying to find that groove, that thing that keeps me going. One thing I will be doing is a bit of self-care pn Friday. I'll be treating myself to a lovely day at a spa, where I hope to have a nice massage, enjoy the amenities, and a wonderful lunch.

The other intention was to keep up with my blogging and so I thought I'd take a quick break from my day job, grab a coffee, and say hi! So, hi there and I hope you are all having a wonderful Taco Tuesday!! I've been thinking of a few topics to blog about but let me know if there is anything in particular you'd like me to write about.

So ta-ta for now as I sip my coffee and wait for the time for a glass(es) of wine to toast to another year of life. Love TBC.
